I didn’t start this work because I had all the answers. I started it because I had questions.
I believe belonging is built in the everyday moments.
Not in the big statements. Not in the glossy initiatives. But in the way we listen, the way we lead, and the way we show up for one another.
I’m Brianne, and my work sits at the intersection of identity, culture, and organizational change. I help people and teams build the skills, language, and confidence to create environments where everyone feels seen, valued, and able to thrive.
My approach is simple: Human first. Strategy always. No performative DEI energy.
For the last 8+ years, I’ve partnered with organizations, leaders, and communities to move beyond check‑the‑box diversity work and into something deeper. Something sustainable. Something real.
How I Got HereMy path into this work wasn’t linear. It came from lived experience, from navigating spaces where I didn’t always feel like I belonged, and from watching others do the same. It came from asking hard questions, listening closely, and learning what it takes to build cultures where people can show up fully — without shrinking, code‑switching, or bracing themselves.
Over time, I realized something important: DEIB isn’t a program. It’s a practice. A daily one.
And it’s a practice I’ve dedicated my career to helping others build.
What I Do
My work falls into three core areas:
Talks That Shift the Room
Keynotes and conversations that open hearts, expand perspectives, and spark meaningful change.
Learning That Lands
Workshops and trainings that help teams practice inclusion in real, tangible ways.
Strategy That Sticks
Long‑term guidance and DEIB strategy that turns values into action and action into culture.
I’m not here to follow trends—I’m here to build something timeless. With a blend of creativity, strategy, and heart, I help inclusion come to life.
How I Work
I don’t believe in shame‑based learning. I don’t believe in calling people out for sport. I don’t believe in performative DEI that looks good on paper and goes nowhere in practice.
I believe in:
honesty
curiosity
nuance
accountability
compassion
and the courage to stay in the conversation
My spaces are not about perfection. They’re about possibility.
Who I Work With
I partner with people and organizations who are ready to move beyond performative DEI and into something deeper — something sustainable, relational, and real.
Leaders who want to build trust. Teams who want to communicate better. Organizations who want to create cultures where people can exhale.
Whether I’m speaking to a room of 500 or facilitating a workshop for a team of 12, my goal is the same: to help people feel more human with each other.
